According to the investigators, the chimpanzee’s owner lost control of his pet, which eventually got loose and attacked the woman, the owner’s friend, in his Stamford house. The incident occurred on Monday afternoon and the woman had suffered severe facial injuries. Authorities informed that the chimpanzee got killed by an officer when it tried to get into his police cruiser.
